- At any point of time the users can turn on and off the access given to read and push the messages received in different messaging applications.
- We collect and store various messaging applications API Token, Sceret key to provide you with the services
- We collect and store your mobile device id in order to identify your devices that help us to send notifications and other personalized services as required by you
- When you install the Picky Assist Mobile App to access the CRM on the go, we collect the inbound and outbound call logs from the SIM card you have enabled. This data is synchronized with your CRM account solely to help you track the inbound and outbound calls you make also show the contextual information from CRM when you receive or make calls from your phone
- When you install the Picky Assist Mobile App to access the CRM on the go, we sync the contact name to the Picky Assist CRM for any new incoming or outgoing calls. If the contact name is not found in the CRM, it will be added with the intention of providing context from your phone to the CRM, allowing you to refer to the caller’s name.

- Demand from verified administrative / government body
- Demand from our payment gateway partner in order to verify a transaction

We do not share your call details or any other personal information with third parties, however your CRM admin able to see the call details.
