What Is Widget ?
Widget helps to integrate Smart Replies directly into Webpages / WordPress so that website visitors ables to get their queries answered 24 x 7 through Smart Replies. You can also connect with your customer through Click 2 Call , WhatsApp & SMS. Widgets are powered with Smart Replies so Smart Replies must be enabled and Online in order to get started with Widget. Getting Start – Creating New Widget
Navigate to Widget from the left side and click on “Create Widget”
Give Widget a name for your reference
Give an optional URL of your website where the widget need to be integrated
Click On “Create” to create a new widget.
Once the widget is created you can see following options
Left Side Where the Widget Settings Menu are located
Centre Side where the widget customisation need to be managed
Right Side where you an see the preview of your widget
In this you can specific channels like SMS, WhatsApp & Call , the channels enabled here will be shown in the top of widget for an example if WhatsApp Channel is enabled then a whatsapp icon will be displayed as shown below
You can tell your visitors to continue chat through SMS in case of poor connectivity , specify the keyword and SMS Gateway Number Here. If you have Smart Replies Activated with SMS then please use the relevant keyword to initiate the conversation.
SMS Number : Specify your SMS Gateway Number where the visitors need to send SMS
SMS Message : Specify keyword of Smart Reply to get started with Chat
SMS Instructions : Here you can specify the instruction which need to be shown to the visitor like “To Get Started with Offline Chatting Send “Hello” from your Mobile To “12233333”
You can allow your Visitors to continue the chat through WhatsApp, specify the keyword and WhatsApp number here. If you use the whatsapp number linked with Picky Assist then make sure Smart Reply is enabled and Online.
WhatsApp Number : Specify your WhatsApp Gateway Number where the visitors need to send WhatsApp Message
WhatsApp Message : Specify keyword of Smart Reply to get started with Chat
WhatsApp Instructions : Here you can specify the instruction which need to be shown to the visitor like “To Continue Chatting through WhatsApp Send “Hello” from your Mobile To “12233333” or Click the Button Below
WhatsApp Button Text : Here you can customise the text which need to be shown on the Button , on clicking the button it will open user WhatsApp with the keyword pre-filled.
Click 2 Call
Click 2 Call feature allows customers to directly talk with you using the inbuilt Telephony feature. Please make sure the Call Conference feature is enabled in your picky assist mobile app and SIM Card. Please specify the agent number along with country code whom the call need to be connected.
Click 2 Call Number : Here specific the number of an agent which the call need to be connected , please make sure the number is inputed in the correct format.
Click 2 Call Instructions : Here you can specify the instruction which need to be shown to the visitor like “If you would like to talk with us then please enter your mobile number in the below form and we will connect you instantly”
Click 2 Call Button Text : Here you can customise the text which need to be shown on the Button , on clicking the button it will call the agent then the customer.
Dont forget to “Save” the settings before you leave the page
Here you can customise the widget color to match your website color theme.
You have 3 Style to choose to grab attention of your visitors as shown below , based on your site theme you can choose the best suited one
Setting Widget Size
Here you can specify the widget size , background color , widget attention grabber top and bottom corner radius etc
Maximise Height & Width : The height and width you specify is for when the widget is expanded.
Minimised Height & Width : This is only applicable if you select the 2nd option in the Attention grabber in which you can configure the height and width
Top & Bottom Radius : This is only applicable if you select the 2nd option in the attention grabber in which you can set the top and bottom corner radius to best fit your site settings.
Background Color : This is the widget main background color
Message Text Color : This is the widget main text color
Bubbles will help you to seek attention of your site visitors , you can enable / disable the bubble and add text / image
You can either put a bubble message or upload your own image , if you have an image uploaded then bubble message will be ignored. If you have selected only bubble message then you can customise the background color and message text color
Based on your site layout you can specify the position where the widget need to be loaded

You can configure chat conversation message background color and text, you can also specify the chat avatar as shown below ,
After doing all updates please “Save” the settings , in case you would like to reset the Widget Appearance to default then click on “Reset“
Once you have done all the customisation of widget now its time to integrate the widget into the webpage / wordpress site , 3 types of integration available
Copy the below code and paste it in your webpage where the chat widget need to be loaded. Please make sure the code is placed inside <body> </body> tag.
Mobile App Integration
To integrate chat widget in a native mobile app you can copy this script and paste in an HTML page inside<body> </body> tag , then trigger the HTML page in a web view inside your mobile app. You can use your own Icon / Text to invoke the Chat Widget. The Chat Initiator / Bubble will not shown in this code.
Direct Chat Link
If you don’t have a website then you can directly share/ include this link in your SMS / WhatsApp / Email footer. It will load the chat widget in a full page.
Here you can specify following details
The chat widget will load only from the whitelisted domains added here.
The chat widget will disabled until you enable it manually from here.
Hide Widget In Mobile
When this is enabled the Chat Widget will not load in mobile devices
