Picky Assist Bridge App Version 4.3

Improved Incoming Message Handling
We have completely re-engineered the incoming message handling and instant text reply flow. The new version will support 40 to 60 incoming message in a minute along with instant text replies i.e 80 to 120 interactions can be handled in a minute. This is a great improvement for those who are using the platform for 2 way communications like Chatbot, Answer Bot , Lead Generation , Newsletters etc

Fetching Incoming Images
Incoming images to your WhatsApp number can now fetched by the app and push to your server / Social CRM (will be in alpha and may not work in all phone and os)

Delivery Reports
We will provide the delivery reports for all messages send through broadcaster. This will help you to retry the messages in case if its not delivered in the first attempt this tool will ensure the delivery of all messages.

WhatsApp Number Checking Tool
New tool to check whether a number is available on WhatsApp or not.

Link Preview
Messages send through broadcaster along with a link (URL) will generate link preview in the whatsapp which will increase the customer engagements with your message.

Optimised for Android 7,8 & 9
The new app is highly optimised for Android 8 & 9 and fixed all bugs reported in Android 8 & 9 like Media file auto sharing not working in few phone models, outgoing messages are getting missed etc.

General Bug Fixes & Improvements
All bugs and issues reported in last 4 months has been fixed and overall app performance & stability has been improved.

Permission Events
In case if any of the required permission are revoked by the android system we will send events to your API / Email and which will help you to grant the permission again so the app will start working smoothly.

Smart Actions in Smart Replies

Actions are set of commands which can seamlessly work with Smart Replies , on receiving a message you can instruct the picky assist smart replies to take multiple actions based on your business requirements. Like Make A Call Back , Add Customer to a Category , Remove A tag , Add customer into a sequence, Create a Support ticket and more..

Trigger Webhook : This will trigger Webhooks configured in the Smart Replies -> Settings.
Click 2 Call : This will use picky assist telephony service to connect the customer with an agent immediately.
Send Email : Send email alert to multiple email address along with
Send Message : Send Whatsapp or SMS to multiple numbers informing the message
Pause Replies : This will temporary pause smart replies for the time set by you, useful for human takeover and live chat
Add Tag : This will add a tag to the subscriber
Remove Tag : This will remove tag from the subscriber
Map to Category : This will map subscriber to a category
Remove From Category : This will remove subscriber from a category
Create Ticket : This will create a support ticket against the subscriber
Subscribe to Sequence : This will subscribe customer into a sequence
Unsubscribe from Sequence : This will unsubscribe customer from a sequence
Update Note : Add a note / update against the subscriber
Blacklist : This will add the incoming number to blacklist. You can view and remove the blacklisted number from Settings -> Black List

Whatsapp Broadcast List Automation

Whats is Broadcast List ?
Whatsapp Broadcast List allows customers to add upto 256 contacts in a single list and send one to one message to all contacts in the list. Main advantage of the broadcast list is that the messages sends through broadcaster will delivered instantly to the recipient.

How Broadcast Automation Works?
Picky Assist will automate the broadcast list creation and adding / removing contacts from a list based on each business requirements. We will give an option to automatically or manually add / remove contacts into a broadcast list based on each business requirements.

Auto Subscribe & Unsubscribe
Business can define conditions when a customer need to be added into a list like when they sending a specific keywords like customers who sends a specific keyword “Sales” need to add into Sales Broadcast list automatically and when customer sends “Stop Sales” remove from the broadcast list.

Business can manually add or remove a contact from the broadcast list or even can delete the broadcast list itself from the Picky Assist Web Panel / API

Auto Split Broadcast List
Auto Split helps automatically split the broadcast list when it exceeds 256 contacts , the child lists will be named as 1_ Main List Name i.e 1,2,3 will be prefixed to the each list. If your parent list name is Sales then child list is 1_Sales, 2_Sales, 3_Sales

Support Only Sending Text
Currently we support only sending text and links to a broadcast list through Broadcaster & API i.e you are able to send only text and links through a broadcast list.

Broadcaster
A new option will be given to our existing Broadcaster section “Broadcast List” and customers can select multiple broadcast list at once and send messages , for example if a business having 100 list with 256 contact in each list i.e 25,600 message can be send in 16 minutes . 10 seconds required to send a message to one broadcast list so 100 list means it takes 1000 seconds i.e 16 minutes

Picky IQ (WorkFlow)

Create IQ or called as work flow’s can automate virtually anything happening inside your picky assist platform, few examples are as below;

Monitor Few Set of Customers
When a customer with a tag “lead” comes to your website or sends you a whatsapp message then alert the respective sales member through Email / SMS / Whatsapp or set any actions to instantly engage the customer.

Change Actions
If a customer tag in the Social CRM is changed from “order processing” to “ready” then send a message to the customer immediately with a message saying the “Your Order is Ready” and when the tag again change to “In Transit” send an alert “Your Order is dispatched” and when the tag status changed to “Delivered” after 45 minutes send a message asking for feedback “How was the food?”

Reminders & Greetings
Send reminders and greeting automatically based on the date or any value in the Social CRM attribute , lets say your customer birthday is on 04-05-2000 and define a workflow automatically send a greeting message to all customers in your list whose birthday is 04-05
