Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Quality Analyst to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate who has completed a QA course and has a strong understanding of software engineering principles and the software development life cycle (SDLC). With a commitment to quality, the Software Quality Analyst will be instrumental in ensuring that all software meets company standards before release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and participate in the design and review processes.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs meticulously.
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and use cases.
- Perform thorough manual testing to ensure software functionality, including logical errors, security issues, functional flaws, compatibility issues, UI conflicts, and cross-browser/platform compatibility.
- Execute tests and analyze results to report to the development team.
- Advocate for the end user, ensuring that software usability and experience are of high quality.
- Assist in the development of automated testing tools and frameworks, if applicable.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A foundational understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and the role of QA within it.
- Excellent analytical skills to pinpoint quality issues and dissect complex information.
- A professional attitude with a strong commitment to quality.
- Strong documentation skills to create clear and effective test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings.
- Ability to understand software from an end user's perspective and advocate for customer satisfaction.
- Fresh graduates who have completed any formal QA training or courses are encouraged to apply.

Work Timings, Job Location & Salary
- 10 am to 6 pm - Monday to Saturday
- Office Location: Trivandrum, Kerala, Jagathy
- Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 take home monthly salary

- Any Degree with QA Course Completed
