I am now on a monthly plan and my plan will expiry on Jan 3rd will my service get stopped?

Yes, if you don’t renew your plan with any of the new plans then the service will be affected, renewal of the plan is only possible by selecting any of the new plans

I have recently purchased a yearly plan that has validity till October 2023, how i will be impacted?

You have 2 options,

Option 1 :if you don’t want to get any new features like Multi-Channel, WhatsApp Cloud API, etc then you can continue with your existing plan till the end of the validity period and but renewal is only possible by selecting only new plans

Option 2 : If you wish to use our new features which are available only in new plans then you need to contact us and we will adjust the amount paid and difference the help you to migrate to the new plan, kindly send a request to [email protected] to complete this migration

I wish to migrate to a new plan but I already have a paypal subscription which automatically bills me. How does the billing work in this case?

Once you migrated to the new plan and created new subscription all old subscription in that project will automatically get canceled by our system

What is the difference between Contact Stored in New Plan & Active Subscriber in the old plan?

Earlier we used to bill based on Active Subscribers/Contacts now the same is changed to Stored Contacts i.e either the subscriber/contact is active or not in your account it will counted for billing purposes.

What are bundled packages and is this available for all plans?

Bundled packages help you to save cost by buying contacts, interactions, connector invocation credits in bulk for example you can buy 2000 contact for just $10 instead of paying $0.010 per month

Bundled package is only available for those who are using “Ultimate” plan other customers must upgrade to another plan when the plan limits are reached.

Do I need to pay extra for WhatsApp when using WhatsApp Cloud API?

Yes, you need to pay the conversation charges directly to WhatsApp by configuring your credit card in your Facebook Business Manager also you need to directly contact WhatsApp for all supported related matters as we will be just facilitating the services

1000 Conversation is free every month from WhatsApp so you will be billed only after you reached this limit

I wish to connect multiple WhatsApp accounts to my existing project. Is this possible now?

Yes, connecting multiple WhatsApp accounts is possible in the “Ultimate” plan at an additional cost per number,

You will be charged $19 per number add up to 5 WhatsApp Web Automation Channels & 5 WhatsApp Cloud API can be added into a single project i.e total of 10 channels can be connected, and used at a time

Right now I am paying for add-ons like WhatsMail, Zapier & Zoho CRM separately. Is this included in the new Ultimate plan?

Yes, in the ultimate plan WhatsMail, Facebook Lead Adon, Zapier & Zoho CRM is included, you need to just buy the WhatsApp Web Automation Adon if needed.

Will I get access to Broadcaster, Teambox and other products in the API Only plan?

NO, with “API Only Plan” you will get access only to WhatsApp Web Automation & WhatsApp Cloud Channel to send and receive messages via API & Webhooks, also only last 3 days messages will be stored in our server.

I am currently using Pay As You Go Plan, how I am impacted since I don’t see any “Pay As You Go” Plan in the new plans

We will be stopping Pay As You Go Plan from Feb 1st, 2023 onwards, so you have to select a new plan on or before 31st March 2023, if you are not selecting a new plan before this date then the access to the project will be disabled and will be enabled only after selecting any of the new plan.

I don’t wish to get new features, can I continue my current plan?

No, you can continue using the current plan only till you have a validity period after that you must select any of the new plans to continue using the services. I.e renewal is possible only by selecting new plans.

I wish to downgrade or upgrade between old plans, can I do that?

No, you can’t upgrade or downgrade between old plans, you can only opt for new plans and later possible to upgrade or downgrade between new plans

If your interaction limit is reached then all incoming and outgoing messages will stop, you must upgrade to another plan to resume the services, you will be informed in advance when you reached 80% of the limit

If you are using the “Ultimate” plan and the plan benefits are reached then you can buy our bundled package for getting extra benefits at discounted price.

What will happen if my contact and interaction limits are reached?

If your stored contact limit is reached then the system will stop creating any new contacts so there is a possibility that you may miss new chats, you must upgrade to another plan to ensure no service downtime, you will be informed in advance when you reached 80% of the limit

Is WhatsApp Web Automation included in the new plans?

No, WhatsApp Web Automation is not included in any of the plans you need to buy this as a separate addon by paying extra however WhatsApp Cloud API Is included in all plans

I have some credits left in my account, can I transfer this to another account or get a refund?

NO, as per our Terms & Conditions and Policy credits left in your account can’t be transferred to another account or can’t initiate a refund for the same. Read More

I already created more users/agents than your maximum limit in the “Ultimate” Plan i.e i have more than 10 users, so what will happen to my account when i migrate to a new plan?

If you wish to have more than 10 users/agents then you need to pay $5 per agent per month, kindly note more agents can be added only in the “Ultimate” plan

Which plans give me API access?

Pro & Ultimate plan have access to API with a daily trigger limit as mentioned above, we do have a new “API Only Plan” for developers and can connect WhatsApp Web Automation & WhatsApp Cloud API channel at $34 per number

How is my storage calculated?

The storage is calculated based on the total media files saved in your project, whenever you are sending and receiving media files via different channels these are getting stored in our server these will be counted towards the storage, also files stored in your media gallery also considered towards the storage.

I now have more sequences, contacts, connectors, smart replies, and users/agents than the maximum allowed in your Ultimate plan, what will happen to my account when I migrate to a new plan?

Option 1 : If you are not using those features then you may delete and migrate to the best plan which offers as per your requirements.
